Prize Claim and No Response

I wond feedback prize for Pangea Securathon Showdown hackathon. I sent email to the representative of Pangea, Mike, to asked for the feedback prize and there was no response. I have attended hundreds of hackathons and this is the first time I encountered this issue. It is not like I am begging things for free but it is the prize I deserved for the work and research I did. My advice and feedbacks are very valuable. I am also working in a tech environment and have never experienced such humiliation. The way i am treated makes me feel disappointed in Pangea and the company. The image that Pangea painted is broken in my eyes. You may look down on a developer who won a small prize and says it is not worth it, but to me it is the rightful thing for me to claim the prize for what i did and my achievement.

With the way things are worked and promise is not fulfilled, I wonder how you can develop connections and work with other bigger companies if things like my case happens. I just don’t want to participate in future hackathons or competitions that Pangea offers and I would like to inform other developers about the broken promise that was not fulfilled to me. Please don’t disregard my note since I have all the receipts of everything.

Sorry for the delay with everything. I received your initial response on 8/16 when I was on PTO and I responded on 8/26 when I got back so I don’t think it is fair to say there was no response. Unfortunately we were waiting on restock for our new swag items and once those came in I sent off your package in a reasonable amount of time which should arrive sometime next week. Please respond in our existing email thread if you have additional questions or concerns for a faster response and again apologies for the delay.
