Hey all, I’m excited to announce that we just launched Passkeys for AuthN.
In short, Passkeys are an implementation of the WebAuthN standard that uses public/private key infrastructure (PKI) to generate a key pair to perform authentication. Your private key never leaves your machine and is usually stored in your password manager or other device. Even better, they’re portable so if your password manager is iCloud or 1Password, you can sync your key across devices.
Within Pangea, you should be able to activate Passkeys and enroll yourself in under 2 minutes. Enjoy
